Two year old Minali, was diagnosed as severely malnourished and weighed only 11.7kgs.
She is from Nalbari one of the worst-affected districts during the Assam floods last year.
Though she survived the devastation caused by the flood waters, the hunger and starvation around her took a toll on her young body, leading to malnutrition. Save the Children provided monetary and medical support to Minali’s family which enabled her to get proper nutritional and medical assistance.
There are more such Minalis in other parts of our country.
These children, just like any other children, are entitled to a better and healthier future. They deserve to go to school, learn and choose their own path in life.
Help us save young lives by supporting Nutrition Centres.
With maximum donation, you can make a huge difference in the lives of these children. Your support will go a long way in providing a healthier life to many such Minalis in our country.
All donations to Save the Children are exempt under section 80G of Income Tax Act
